There are no additional costs. The rent includes an amount for the use of electricity and water. This includes an ample amount of 155 kWh – 170 kWh (2 – 4 persons) electricity and 5 m3 – 7 m3 water (2 – 4 persons). 

Additional energy and water consumption, as well as any damages, will be charged. 

You as tenant are responsible for damage caused by you or your fellow travelers.
